01Scope of Use
This file upload service is provided exclusively for clients of XINDA Precision Prototyping ("XINDA") to submit CAD drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications for DFM engineering review and quotation.
All uploaded technical files are strictly utilized for manufacturability review and pricing estimation, and will never be exploited for unauthorized commercial purposes.
02Prohibited Content
You are expressly prohibited from transmitting any of the following items:
- Unlawful Content: Designs or files violating relevant domestic laws or international export regulations (e.g. unlicensed defense articles).
- Infringing Material: Proprietary designs, patented geometries, or trade secrets without lawful authorization.
- Malicious Code: Files containing trojans, viruses, backdoors, or malicious automation scripts.
- Sensitive Privacy: Unrelated sensitive personal identities, credentials, or private banking details.
03Confidentiality & NDA Commitment
XINDA solemnly commits:
- All submitted drawings, 3D models, and design files remain strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties.
- Access is strictly limited to assigned manufacturing engineers involved in project estimation and production planning.
- Upon customer request after RFQ completion, all uploaded CAD files will be permanently purged from our storage.
- If you require a formal bilateral written NDA document, contact our team to receive an executed copy within 24 hours.
04Data Security & Retention
Your files are hosted in protected server clusters with TLS 1.3 transport encryption and strict role-based access control.
- End-to-end HTTPS/TLS encrypted transmission guarantees complete transfer integrity.
- Standard retention is 90 days for order traceability, after which secure deletion is performed.
- If you wish to delete your files in advance, please email info@xd-model.com. We will process your request within 1 business day.
05Intellectual Property
Ownership and intellectual property rights of all submitted files remain entirely with you. XINDA receives only a limited license for engineering evaluation and production quoting.
XINDA will never showcase, publish, replicate, or reverse-engineer your proprietary designs.
06Limitation of Liability
The uploader bears full responsibility for any disputes arising from fraudulent information, IP infringements, or unlawful designs.
XINDA applies industry-standard cybersecurity measures to protect digital engineering assets.
