XINDA Model is a manufacturing enterprise focusing on precision CNC machining, 3D printing rapid prototyping, sheet metal fabrication, and vacuum casting, located in Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen — one of the most mature precision manufacturing industrial belts in China.

We provide end-to-end services from drawing review and prototyping to low-volume production for domestic and international R&D teams, product designers, and hardware companies. Engineering review, machining, surface treatment, and quality inspection are integrated into a single workflow to provide clear, actionable feedback for every design.

Our Story

Xinda was not built on a business plan; it grew step by step from the factory shop floor. Our founder has been deeply involved in precision manufacturing for over 20 years, starting from operating machine tools and polishing parts to mastering every aspect of machining, assembly, quality control, and production management. As a result, whenever a client submits a drawing with tight tolerances or an uncommon material, someone in our team has actually machined it and knows how to get it right.

This background defines how Xinda works today: every project begins with drawing review — figuring out the process and potential issues before starting production. Over the years, we have consistently adhered to the standard of "machining strictly per drawings and delivering only qualified dimensions".

The Xinda facility is located at No. 89 Donghuan Road, Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen, situated in the core manufacturing belt of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with mature local supply chains.

Covering 1,200 square meters, the plant is organized by process into CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Sheet Metal, Vacuum Casting, Surface Finishing, and CMM Inspection zones. From raw material cutting to finishing and inspection, everything is completed within one facility to shorten lead times.

The 1,200 m² footprint supports concurrent multi-project scheduling, pushing single prototypes and low-volume orders in parallel to respond quickly to R&D while ensuring stable batch capacity. Quality control runs through every phase — incoming, in-process, and final inspection with full traceability.
